This role will provide operational support to the CSG Americas organization, which delivers a portfolio of services optimized to support the various stages of the Confluent customer journey at scale. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Professional Services Operations Director, along with Americas PS stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the organization. Responsibilities include partnering with PS Practice Managers and Leadership on strategy development, leading the execution of process improvement initiatives, leading inspection cadences for pipeline and project delivery, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying operational improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of Confluent's internal processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
