WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Are you a highly organized sales operations professional with excellent data analytics skills and a knack for managing details? CloserStill Media is seeking a Sales Operations Manager who wants to join the Influence Group team. Founded in October 2013, Influence Group set out to transform the world of B2B events and custom content. Over the past decade, the team has grown from a duo to an international team of diverse and dedicated professionals. Influence Group has consistently delivered invigorating events, content, and communities that stand out from traditional conferences and trade shows. Our passion lies in connecting people to ignite innovation and drive meaningful progress. THE ROLE: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Provide insights to support decision-making and sales strategy Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and optimize process for the sales team Provide support in sales forecasts and managing CRM system and records Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide regular updates to management Monitor and track sales performance including KPIs, analyze sales results, and report findings to sales leadership to inform decision making Involvement with training, support and onboarding for new team members Oversee sales technology stack, establish standards for sales data and enforce adherence to standards Involvement in defining sales strategy and establishing reporting to support strategy and drive revenue goal and achievement of sales goals
