About The Position

You are the connective tissue between vision and execution. As Director, you lead the influencer practice — defining what great looks like, supporting client and team growth, and shaping how our work evolves. You steward the discipline through ambiguity, complexity, and change — and push it forward with intention. This role sets the vision for how creators and brands connect through modern storytelling, ensuring the work is strategically sound, culturally relevant, and operationally strong. You bridge creative, client, and operational worlds — championing the team’s craft while keeping the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the influencer team structure, growth roadmap, and success metrics
  • Oversee key client relationships and weigh in on new business, program design, and pricing
  • Lead internal team development — from hiring and mentorship to process and accountability
  • Drive clarity for how influencer work ladders to brand, performance, and culture
  • Ensure excellence across campaigns — pushing quality while maintaining operational feasibility
  • Forecast needs and growth opportunities based on team bandwidth, client demand, and market trends
  • Represent influencer POVs internally and externally — helping position CYLNDR as a creative and strategic leader in the space
  • Partner across creative, social, and account teams to integrate influencer seamlessly into brand narratives and campaign ecosystems
  • Manage budgets and contracting in partnership with production, finance, and legal
  • Lead innovation in measurement, reporting, and the use of our tech stack (CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, and beyond)
