The Rise to Lead program is a 2-year initiative designed to develop participants into future leaders through cross-functional rotational assignments in Bakeries, Sales Centers, and Center of Excellence teams. The program includes on-the-job experiences, formal learning, and global exposure. Upon completion, trainees are prepared for roles with increased responsibility, driving business impact regionally, nationally, and globally. The program consists of 3 months of rotations in different areas outside the associate's focus, followed by 20 months in the assigned function, focusing on Sales Operations. This role is crucial for supporting market growth and customer engagement through direct store delivery (DSD) execution, merchandising, relationship building, coaching, and strategic selling in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. The Sales Operations Trainee will assist in executing sales strategies, maintaining product freshness, and driving market share growth, with exposure to global teams and project-based initiatives to develop leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen.
