About The Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides essential internal support to the Sales organization. This role is responsible for conducting detailed data analysis, assisting with pricing requests, and facilitating communication across teams. Because requests often vary widely, creativity and adaptability are key to success in this position.

Requirements

1+ year(s) of sales operations experience (or equivalent)
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Ability to generate value-added reports by synthesizing data from ERP, order processing, and CRM systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce experience is a plus
Builds strong working relationships, values diverse perspectives, and works seamlessly with cross functional teams to deliver results
Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and evolving processes while maintaining high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively and efficiently
Works well with others

Nice To Haves

Experience in the packaging industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Update Salesforce as contracts are closed to maintain data integrity
Create cash flows to calculate financials as necessary
Generate reports using Salesforce, Power BI, DOMO, and other internal systems
Perform detailed Excel-based reporting and analysis as requested
Analyze current customer pricing and assess the impact of requested changes
Assist Sales team members with navigating internal systems, tools, and processes, as well as any other areas they may need assistance with
Support pricing updates and adjustments
Provide operational support for fleet management functions
