The Sales Operations Coordinator I is an entry-level position, typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience to assist with routine and standard projects and assignments within the Sales Operations family. Works under close supervision. Assists in gathering basic sales data and contributes to pricing analysis. Responds to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, offering basic support. Generates basic reports and prepares straightforward presentations on sales and pricing trends. Maintains accurate records of sales transactions and pricing information with attention to detail. Collaborates with the sales team to develop basic strategies for improving sales performance. Provides basic administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Conducts basic research to gather market intelligence and initiate competitor analysis. Provides support in the initial implementation and maintenance of sales and pricing software systems.
