This is a full-time position open to remote candidates within the continental United States, with preference given to candidates in the South Florida area who would work in a hybrid arrangement. Requirements

  • 3-5 years managing compliance programs and projects.
  • Sharp organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable owning detail-heavy processes end to end.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, CRM platforms, and learning management systems.
  • A strong communicator who can partner across Sales, Compliance, and other teams to keep first-line monitoring consistent.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and adapting as business needs shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing to the senior population, including Medicare-related markets and complementary products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Own first-line oversight of our sales force: coordinating pre-activation reviews, onboarding documentation, and first-sale, event, and annual recertification checks.
  • Monitor key performance signals like training completion, production trends, cancellations/refunds, and complaint indicators, flagging risk before it grows.
  • Build and maintain monthly monitoring reports, trigger logs, corrective action trackers, and oversight files that keep our sales channel audit-ready.
  • Administer LMS updates, policy acknowledgements, and compliance training assignments to keep our team current and in good standing.
  • Escalate medium- and high-severity matters to Compliance per protocol, and support periodic oversight reviews with requested documentation.
  • Maintain centralized dashboards and operational metrics, spotting documentation gaps and recommending process improvements alongside Sales Leadership, Compliance, and other partners.
