Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills to foster productive working relationship.
- Comfortable using data and technology to enhance sales processes; experience with CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong ability to maintain workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for professional correspondence, Excel for tracking and Outlook for communication and scheduling.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central support for the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
- Oversee the lead management and appointment scheduling process in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Maintain and coordinate a detailed calendar for sales activities, including scheduling for the Sales Manager.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Handle contract verification, deposit confirmation, change of work orders, and documents processing through DocuSign or similar platforms.
- Assist with project coordination, create and maintain sales documentation, and respond to user requests.
- Maintain existing sales reports and design new reports as needed to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.
