Role Overview The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving execution of in‑year growth plans, overseeing critical strategic initiatives, and enabling the sales organization to operate efficiently and effectively. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and senior leadership to translate strategy into action, ensure operational rigor, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers high visibility with executive stakeholders, requiring strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in business, analytics, finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Finance, or similar analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and storytelling with data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau (or other BI tools), and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of business acumen and problem‑solving capability.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution & Growth Initiatives Drive and support execution of in‑year growth plans by coordinating cross‑functional efforts, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities to accelerate results.
  • Oversee and manage key strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Develop frameworks, dashboards, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability on priority initiatives.
  • Sales Team Support & Operational Excellence Partner with Sales Leadership to identify operational needs and implement processes, tools, and solutions that enable the sales team to execute effectively.
  • Support sales teams in deploying new programs, pricing changes, enablement materials, and other high-impact initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic problem solver, helping to remove barriers and streamline workflows across teams.
  • Analytics & Insights Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support recommendations, business cases, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, presenting findings in a clear, compelling manner tailored to senior-level audiences.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure initiatives are on track and achieving intended outcomes.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Leadership Exposure Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, updates, and narratives for senior leadership.
  • Influence without authority by building strong relationships and guiding teams toward shared goals.
