We are seeking a highly analytical, customer‑focused professional to support sales execution, forecasting, and business operations. This role partners cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to deliver insights, improve processes, and enable strong customer performance. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales & Business Planning, Sales or Market Analysis, Product/Trade Marketing, or Sales Finance
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations and business decisions
  • Proven experience influencing outcomes and driving results without direct authority over resources or people
  • Deep understanding of Bose processes and transactions from the customer perspective, including planning, forecasting, order management, credit, BDF, and accounting
  • Extraordinary customer focus and strong service orientation
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerBI) and ERP systems (SAP)
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and analytical methodologies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, growing environment
  • Proven success in deadline‑driven settings
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and coordinate effectively across teams
  • Comfort working across time zones and with global stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Provide pipeline and forecast management, reporting, and analytics to deliver insights into account performance and S&OE forecasts
  • Support and actively participate in customer CPFR processes and meetings
  • Gather, develop, and analyze information from multiple teams and build efficient processes and reports to support the business
  • Schedule, structure, and develop presentations for executive and management reviews (e.g., QBRs, SLT reviews, Holiday reviews)
  • Partner closely with the Finance team to create performance dashboards, KPIs, and support account planning activities
  • Coordinate with Bose colleagues to ensure timely and accurate sell‑thru reporting
  • Work cross‑functionally to address customer needs, including terms and conditions, ensuring effective and timely resolution
  • Manage process improvement initiatives and other sales operations–related projects
  • Ensure all Bose and customer requirements are current and maintained, including BDF status, order status, shipments, invoicing, credit limits, and related operational data
  • Manage projects in a virtual environment involving multiple cross‑functional teams
  • Perform other duties deemed necessary to support Bose’s business operations
