As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will partner closely with senior sales leadership to execute strategic priorities that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. You will lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of sales initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of US Sales. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Lead cross‑functional sales initiatives as a project manager, ensuring delivery of strategic priorities using best‑in‑class project management tools. Define project goals, Key Performance Indicators, and roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes. Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets, tracking spend and ensuring alignment with approved financial plans. Coordinate day‑to‑day execution across internal teams and third‑party vendors, managing performance, timelines, and dependencies. Own project communications, including executive updates, risk escalation, issue resolution, and preparation of presentations for leadership forums, QBRs, and townhalls. Support sales leadership through meeting planning, agenda development, special program execution, and coordination of key events and stakeholders.
