About The Position

Shuster's Building Components is considering applicants to join our team. Shuster's is a wholesale interior and exterior door manufacturer that has been serving the building supply industry for over 70 years. We are a family-owned company that conducts business to create the best experience for both our customers and employees, the reasons our reputation in the industry is second to none. This is an on-site position to work and assist in all aspects of inside sales and customer service. Main duties include but are not limited to: Engaging with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, answer questions, update the status of in-house orders, and make sure orders are completed to their satisfaction. Use company software to enter orders and provide customer quotes.
