Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
At least one (1) year of merchandising or related work experience.
Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Associate Degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilizes personal vehicle to merchandise products at designated locations.
Stocks, maintains, and monitors all aspects of merchandising, including stocking customer shelves, ensuring proper product placement, rotation, and pricing, as well as setting up displays.
Assists the sales team with their accounts and coordinates their own work duties.
Accurately maintains a work log that accounts for activities and driving time between accounts.
Maintains good relationships with store management and associates by providing regular service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Works independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Assists with schematic resets and participates in other sales activities and projects.
Performs work in a clean, neat, and safe manner.
Carries out all duties and upholds all standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Regular attendance is required for the position.
