About The Position

Anderson Erickson Dairy (AED) is Iowa’s oldest and largest family-owned Dairy, providing the best dairy products for nearly a century. Our sales and customer service team sets us apart with "ridiculously high standards," aiming to provide great service and create delicious taste experiences. This role involves collaborating with the Corporate Sales Team for strategic growth in the Waterloo regional market and working closely with Sales/Marketing and Distribution leadership to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires a customer-focused individual capable of maintaining and developing strong customer relationships and promoting the brand professionally. Occasional Saturday or Sunday work may be required to meet critical customer needs.

Requirements

Professional presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong in-person presentation skills.
Ability to perform cold calls or work direct sales leads.
Strong understanding of pricing structures and mathematics.
Strong organization skills and detail-oriented.
Excellent time management.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent conflict resolution skills.
Strong ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
Prior experience in the grocery or food/beverage distribution industry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to establish strategic growth in the Waterloo regional market.
