About The Position

The Sales Merchandiser represents the craft beer portfolio in retail accounts and ensures products are properly stocked, rotated, and merchandised to maximize visibility and sales. The role works with the Sales Team and other Sales Merchandisers to carry out on-shelf strategies, maintain planogram compliance, and provide service to retail partners. The territory is Southborough to Sharon. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with rotating Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs and occasionally lift 30 lbs overhead.
• Ability to stand and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift, aside from scheduled breaks.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Certified Cicerone.

Responsibilities

• Put away beer orders at retail accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management.
• Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials in compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate out-of-stock or low-stock situations to the ASM.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe product displays.
• Assist with merchandising audits and reporting as requested by the ASM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff to support brand presence.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
