Requirements

Loves meeting and talking with people

Communicates confidently in person, over the phone, and through text/email
Is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
Create memorable first impressions that make people excited to return.
Develop lasting relationships with members and become part of their fitness journey.
Introduce prospective members to the Orangetheory experience.
Recommend membership options based on each person’s goals.
Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email.
Help achieve studio membership and retention goals through exceptional service.
Ensure every visit feels welcoming, professional, and personal.
Answer questions and resolve concerns with confidence and care.
Celebrate member milestones and accomplishments.
Partner with coaches to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate member records using Orangetheory systems.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Keep the lobby and studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
