About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking individuals who are excited to engage with the community, attend local events, connect with prospective members, and begin building meaningful relationships that will serve as the foundation of our studio long before opening day. As a Sales Associate, you will be one of the first faces of BODYBAR Lee's Summit and play an important role in shaping the experience our members and guests receive. This position is about far more than memberships and transactions. It is about creating connections, building trust, and delivering excellence at every touchpoint. We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people, possess strong attention to detail, and take pride in creating thoughtful, elevated experiences. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within our organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, sales, fitness, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create an elevated, intentional, welcoming, and professional environment for all members and guests
  • Build authentic relationships with prospective and current members through meaningful communication and exceptional service
  • Guide prospective members through the membership process with confidence, professionalism, and care
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email communication
  • Assist members with class bookings, account questions, and studio needs
  • Maintain accurate records and attention to detail within studio systems and software
  • Support studio events, community outreach initiatives, and local partnerships
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and polished studio environment
  • Celebrate member milestones and contribute to a positive, encouraging studio culture
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for BODYBAR both inside and outside the studio
