Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone presence and customer service experience
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Background in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or sales
  • Familiarity with CCRCs and levels of senior care
  • Social media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Basic photography skills and an eye for visual storytelling
  • Digital marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Be a Warm & Professional First Impression Serve as a primary point of contact by answering incoming calls and managing a multi-line phone system Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective residents and families Schedule and coordinate tours, appointments, and follow-ups Conduct engaging, informative community tours that showcase life at Mennonite Village Communicate the benefits, lifestyle, and mission of our community with clarity and heart Build and nurture relationships using phone, email, written communication, and in-person interactions
  • Support Sales & CRM Operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system Track leads, inquiries, and follow-up activities to support the sales pipeline Assist with reporting, data entry, and occupancy-related dashboards Help ensure smooth, well-organized sales and marketing processes
  • Share Our Story & Community Knowledge Develop a strong understanding of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) Educate prospects on levels of care across campus, including: Independent Living Assisted Living Memory Care Skilled Nursing Use storytelling to communicate Mennonite Village's history, mission, and values
  • Support Marketing & Social Media Assist with managing and maintaining our social media presence Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content Capture photos and occasional videos of events, amenities, and daily community life Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, outreach, and special projects
