Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations. The Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of INX International’s Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud. In addition to supporting system implementation activities, this role will drive sales and marketing operations and data analytics across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, ERP (S/4HANA), the INX website, marketing automation, advertising platforms, social media, and sales conversion tracking. Will report directly to VP, Marketing. This individual will serve as an analytical partner to sales and marketing leadership—translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions; establishing data governance, reporting, and attribution models; and delivering insights that optimize marketing campaigns, improve lead generation, and enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong business acumen to turn data into actionable insights and ensure the CRM functions as a growth and decision-making platform, not just a system of record.
