Ready to modernize medicine with us? Job Description Summary: ModMed is hiring a technical and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our high-performing Revenue Operations team. This role is a critical component of our Marketing Operations function, focused on supporting a seamless lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and maintaining a high-performing marketing technology stack. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the day-to-day Pardot ecosystem and accelerate funnel performance within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly modernizing medicine!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in Salesforce or Pardot preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional Marketing Operations experience in a SaaS environment is required, specifically as a power user or administrator of Pardot and Salesforce with a focus on data quality and process standardization.
  • Proven ability to build and test complex marketing automation journeys, responsive email templates, and lead nurturing frameworks.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and scale operational output.
  • Hands-on experience with best-in-class GTM technology including marketing technology such as 6sense or Demandbase, analytics platforms like Domo or Tableau, and revenue intelligence or productivity tools like Clari, Outreach, or Salesloft to support full-funnel ROI measurement.
  • Strong track record of partnering with Demand Generation and Sales teams to resolve technical funnel friction and improve campaign engagement.
  • Ability to synthesize technical system requirements into actionable recommendations for the Marketing Operations leadership team.
  • Ability to work East Coast or Central Time Zone hours with 10% travel required.

  • Preferred understanding of specialty healthcare provider workflows and the technical nuances of healthcare SaaS GTM motions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the daily operations of our Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot), ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and high system reliability.
  • Build and deploy technical components for integrated campaigns, including email templates, landing pages, and webinar/event integrations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Innovation, and Analytics to align on revenue data standards and support monthly data integrity audits.
  • Support the optimization of lead scoring and routing models to help the team achieve 95% SLA adherence on inbound qualifications.
  • Operationalize full-funnel tracking workflows to provide 100% lead-to-opportunity visibility and bridge existing "leaky funnel" gaps.
  • Identify and implement projects to improve operational performance, including documenting SOPs and identifying automation opportunities within the GTM tech stack.
  • Maintain marketing database health through regular data cleansing initiatives and ensure compliance with global privacy regulations.
  • Lead cross-functional technical projects from requirements gathering to execution, staying updated on marketing trends to drive continuous innovation.
