Job Description As the backbone of our marketing and sales alignment, our Marketing Operations Specialist ensures that our sales team has everything they need to convert marketing qualified leads into customers. Our Marketing Operations Specaliast takes ownership of the marketing-to-sales handoff process to ensure we are maximizing lead conversion and providing seamless customer touchpoints across all 27 states. Requirements

  • Comfort working in a fully remote, multi‑state environment.
  • 2+ years of marketing operations and sales enablement experience
  • Strong background in B2B marketing operations, preferably in commercial services
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
  • Experience with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization
  • Understanding of complex B2B sales processes and multi-stakeholder decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Excellent project management and process development skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing and sales metrics
  • Ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams and understand their workflow needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multi-location sales organizations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal marketing team and sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows that support the sales cycle
  • Create sales enablement content including proposals, pitch decks, presentations and competitive battle cards
  • Optimize CRM integration and lead scoring to improve reporting and sales team efficiency
  • Design and implement touchpoint alignment between marketing campaigns and sales outreach
  • Manage marketing technology stack, including Hubspot, Salesforce, and automation tools
  • Regional focus managing materials and strategies that address market-specific needs such as a competitive environment, market anomalies, hiring needs, special events, and more.
  • Ensure sales training materials and resources for new service launches and market expansion are available and part of the sales process
  • Support RFP response processes and proposal development workflows
  • Establish marketing operations processes for newly acquired companies and markets
