About The Position
Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield is offering a Sales & Marketing Leadership Development Program, a paid apprenticeship designed for recent college graduates. This program provides hands-on experience and one-on-one coaching from industry leaders within a top-performing automotive organization. Participants will earn $3,600 per month while learning essential business, sales, marketing, and leadership skills, with the goal of developing future leaders and managers. This is presented as an accelerated career launch rather than a traditional entry-level position or internship.
