The Sales & Marketing Leader is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for leading the Residential Group’s sales and marketing functions. This role combines expertise in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering exceptional client experiences while playing a critical role in shaping future communities and new market expansion. As a member of the Residential Group Leadership Team, this position reports directly to the President and partners closely with peer leaders across Land Development, Construction & Operations, Finance, and People & Culture to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of residential construction, and a proven ability to translate business objectives into effective sales and marketing strategies.
