As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.  Job Posting ExternalPrimary Responsibilities Responsible for representing Crown's Retail Sales Organization in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics Responsible for designing, creating and maintaining key business processes with Crown’s CRM solution Responsible for ongoing support of Global users in Crown’s CRM solution Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and Perform necessary system configuration to achieve business requirements for the specific area. Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third-Party developers. Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk. Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality, system enhancements and continuous improvement tasks. Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown’s CRM solution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience is required.
  • Strong communication, computer and organizational skills
  • Occasional Travel (0-5%)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Programming, Applications Development or related field
  • Experience in writing and communicating technical processes and configuration documents
  • SAP Hybris programming, development knowledge, and experience
  • Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud (Cloud for Customer-C4C), SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and SAP Analytics Cloud

Responsibilities
