The Process Development Leader is a member of the Process Innovation team within the Enterprise R&D organization and will be accountable for leading the Process Development team in delivering scalable, high value solutions that support Owens Corning’s Leading Technology and Winning Cost Position advantages. This leader will be responsible for identifying, developing, industrializing, and deploying process innovations that deliver safe, sustainable, and capital efficient solutions. The successful candidate will not only lead and develop a high performing technical team but will also effectively collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, Science and Technology, Sourcing, Capital Delivery, Intellectual Property, and Product Stewardship. This role requires both innovation and project management capabilities and experience with Lean Startup and use of Minimum Viable Experiments (MVEs) to quickly evaluate technical viability is preferred.
