About The Position

Looking for more than just another part-time job? Our Paid Sales & Marketing Internship Program is designed for motivated college students and recent graduates who want real-world business experience, professional development, and the opportunity to earn competitive income while building their resume. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, community outreach, business development, and leadership training. No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Requirements

• Valid California driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Orange County
• Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated preferred
• Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related majors encouraged to apply
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated and dependable

Responsibilities

• Represent our organization at community events and outreach locations
• Engage with customers and answer questions about programs and services
• Assist with customer enrollment and onboarding
• Promote awareness of programs through community engagement
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals
• Track activity and maintain accurate reporting
