Requirements

  • Candidates with IT Staffing / IT Recruitment / Workforce Solutions exposure
  • OR fresh graduates who want to build a career in IT sales & staffing
  • IT Staffing / US or Canada recruitment experience
  • Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or IT education
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in technology & staffing sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with clients and stakeholders
  • Interest in technology, staffing, and consulting services
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Learn and sell IT staffing, consulting, and technology services
  • Engage with clients to understand hiring and technology needs
  • Support business development for IT staffing & project-based roles
  • Build and manage client relationships across industries
  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams
  • Assist in lead generation, outreach, and market research
  • Grow into roles such as Account Manager, IT Sales Consultant, or Business Development Manager
