About The Position

We’re an established and fast-growing IT staffing firm looking to hire a Junior Sales Associate to join our corporate team in North Brunswick, NJ . This is not a “sit in a cubicle and dial for dollars” role. You’ll be working side-by-side with our VP and CEO , learning how real deals are built, how enterprise and government clients buy staffing services, and how long-term client relationships are grown and protected. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus; but not required . We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales & Prospecting Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across IT, healthcare, and public-sector markets. Learn how to open conversations, qualify decision-makers, and uncover staffing needs. Build confidence handling objections, rejections, and follow-ups like a pro.
  • Account Farming & Relationship Building Call on existing clients to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities. Help expand accounts by identifying new departments, hiring managers, and upcoming projects. Learn how to stay top-of-mind with clients and become a trusted extension of their hiring team.
  • Sales Support & Growth Support senior sales leadership with outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking. Learn how staffing deals are structured; from requisition intake to placement. Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and live coaching with leadership.
