As a key member of the Technology team, you will play a crucial role in providing daily IT support to various employees and projects. Training will be provided on daily responsibilities, but candidates are expected to independently troubleshoot and resolve general IT issues.

Requirements

  • We are seeking a professional and adaptable Junior IT Support Technician with prior experience in a front-line support role.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with users at all levels and independently manage their workload.
  • A consistently professional attitude and demeanor are essential.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 administration, including user and group management, email setup, and Exchange.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong adaptability and professionalism to support a diverse range of employees and address issues as they arise.
  • Must hold a current, valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Provisioning of new Office 365 users including email account set up, group administration, and attaching new computers to the company domain.
  • Providing support to on-site users via phone and remote desktop sessions to troubleshoot general issues, as well as in person support to resolve any issues that cannot be managed remotely.
  • Provisioning, managing, and supporting company hardware devices including cell phones, scanners, computers, and tablets.
  • Working directly with hardware and communication vendors to order new equipment and lines, as well as manage and track repairs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs.
  • To have the ability to conduct training meetings
