Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a BCA Sales Director (Level 6) to support the Latin America and Caribbean Region. This position is located in Renton, Washington. The position reports to the region’s Sales Vice President, who is accountable for BCA revenue generation for the region. The role involves developing and managing sales strategic plans for supported accounts, coordinating regional sales strategy development, and serving as a key resource in sales competitions. The Sales Director will leverage knowledge of Boeing products, services, processes, and operations to meet customer commitments, gain competitive advantage, and foster business growth. This includes creating, maintaining, and advancing customer relationships to become a trusted business partner, developing in-depth knowledge of customer businesses, and collaborating with customers and internal Boeing resources to keep all parties informed of key issues. The role also involves providing case analysis, developing customer solutions, leading sales and campaign activities, and assisting in proposal preparation. The Sales Director will research competitor products and services, leverage competitive positions, and collaborate with airline customer organizations at the senior executive level. Establishing specific strategies for key customers and the region, identifying required resources, and developing executive involvement plans are crucial. The role requires establishing and maintaining relationships with airline customers, understanding their strategies, and working with government officials and senior executives worldwide. Collaboration with various internal and external groups is essential to produce the best aggregate Boeing solution. The Sales Director is responsible for driving and influencing the aerospace industry for their region and for BCA revenue generation, meeting or exceeding the yearly order plan for the region.
