About The Position
The Langford, a senior living community in College Station, Texas seeks a Sales & Marketing Director to join its leadership team. The Langford offers maintenance-free living and an amenity-filled campus with seniors in a variety of settings – independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The Sales and Marketing Director achieves census/sales goals through the development, implementation, and continuous updating of the Community marketing plan.
Requirements
- Track record of successfully achieving Senior Living sales results, both from their own individual efforts, and as part of an integrated sales team he/she has led.
- Exceptional telephone, presentation and closing skills.
- Experience with lead management.
- Desire to work closely with senior adults.
- Senior Living Sales Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Intermediate computer skills as well as ability to learn relevant community software.
- Strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Achieves census/sales goals through the development, implementation, and continuous updating of the Community marketing plan.
