Spring Gardens of St. George, an Avista Senior Living community, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as the Sales & Marketing Director! We are passionate about providing exceptional quality, comfort, and care to residents who are looking for a special place to call home. Our community offers over 80 Assisted Living apartments, including 17 rooms in our secure Memory Care wing. Requirements

Positive and Optimistic Attitude.
A passion for serving seniors and their families.
Understanding of the needs of seniors and solutions available to them through Assisted Living and the general community resources.
Results and Goal Driven
Previous experience in marketing & sales
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Active Listener.
Knowledge of computers systems and programs.
Organization and diligence in creative follow up with prospects.

Nice To Haves

A degree in marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
Work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.
Track inquiries and prospective residents utilizing our CRM technology platform.
Achieve targeted occupancy goals.
Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
Work together with the team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.
