The Opportunity EvidenceCare is looking for a Sales & Marketing Director who can own both sides of the commercial engine: generating and accelerating new business pipeline while keeping our marketing efforts organized, on-brand, and moving. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales and marketing, equally comfortable running outbound campaigns and conference strategy as they are coordinating agency deliverables, managing content calendars, and building sales enablement materials. You're a closer, a coordinator, and a connector. Based in our Nashville office, you'll partner closely with EvidenceCare leadership, an external marketing agency, Regional Sales Executives, our CMO, and our CEO to consistently deliver a $500,000 monthly pipeline target while ensuring the marketing function runs like clockwork.
