About The Position

Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking a dedicated, results-driven Senior Living Sales Associate to support all aspects of our community’s sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about senior care, highly skilled in touring and closing, and committed to helping older adults and their families navigate the transition into senior living. The Sales Associate will work closely with the Executive Director, Marketing Director, and community leadership to promote Spring Haven, maintain strong lead management practices, and help prospective residents find the right fit.

Requirements

  • Senior living experience REQUIRED (assisted living, memory care, independent living, or related healthcare environment).
  • Demonstrated success with touring, building rapport, and maintaining a strong closing rate.
  • Strong knowledge of senior living operations, care levels, and industry language.
  • Experience navigating structured internal sales processes.
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM use and accurate documentation habits.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work responsibilities, and maintain professionalism in fast-paced situations.
  • Compassionate, patient, and genuinely mission-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable working with seniors and their families during important life transitions.
  • A positive, collaborative approach and commitment to being a strong team player.
  • A desire to make a meaningful impact within the local community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compelling, empathetic community tours with prospective residents and families.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to close and meet/exceed monthly sales occupancy goals.
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle—from inquiry through move-in—using a relationship-focused approach.
  • Build strong partnerships within the local community, including professionals, referral sources, and families.
  • Accurately document all phone calls, tours, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage prospects through internal sales processes efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
  • Provide compassionate, responsive, and personalized service to seniors and their families.
  • Demonstrate a warm, caring demeanor and genuine desire to support individuals exploring senior living options.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director, clinical and operational teams, and other departments to support smooth move-ins and excellent first impressions.
  • Contribute to a team-first culture, sharing insights, attending meetings, and participating in marketing or community events.
