Create and maintain resources for presentations, digital platforms, print collateral, social media, and internal communications. Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and brand standards. Conduct market research and gather insights to support competitive positioning and campaign development. Review and report marketing campaign performance to leadership. Manage multi‑channel communication campaigns, including digital, social, print, and direct mail. Support design requests and creative direction from the Chief Sales Officer, Executive Team, and Sales/Engineering teams. Lead annual or as‑needed Voice of the Customer campaigns and share results with management. Serve as the point of contact for public press interactions as needed. Create and format presentation templates for the Executive Team. Coordinate company tradeshow participation and logistics. Maintain and enhance the sales tracking platform (Pipedrive); support reporting and data needs. Perform additional marketing, communications, and administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Hands‑on experience with web content management tools (e.g., WordPress).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
