Ecotech Solar is seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable first point of contact for people exploring solar or backup batteries. This role supports both marketing and sales operations by managing inquiries, organizing information, and helping ensure smooth handoffs to Energy Consultants.

  • Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple assignments at the same time
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
  • Is outgoing, self-sufficient, and able to take initiative while working independently or within a team
  • Enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a role that blends marketing, sales support, and office coordination
  • Has 2+ years experience in customer service, marketing, sales support, or a related role
  • Background check and driving record screen are required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone and email inquiries, providing clear, friendly, and accurate information about Ecotech Solar’s services
  • Review, organize, and document inquiries to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up
  • Gather and maintain accurate customer and campaign data in HubSpot
  • Schedule initial site assessments for Energy Consultants and support early discovery conversations
  • Prepare, manage, and file customer contracts and project-related materials
  • Track and administer referral programs, including partner and customer referrals, and coordinate thank-you gifts
  • Draft, schedule, and engage with content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Capture photos and short videos from installations, events, and team moments for social media
  • Assist with community outreach by coordinating event logistics, preparing materials, and staffing outreach tables, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Support system tours and post-project handoffs by keeping materials organized, and mailing owner packets
  • Help maintain a welcoming office environment by restocking supplies and refreshments, caring for plants, managing mail and parcels, and supporting internal team events such as monthly team meetings for 35 people, a summer family picnic, and a holiday gathering
