About The Position

We’re hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our fast-growing, mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll support nonprofit organizations and ethical brands through face-to-face marketing, live events, and community outreach campaigns. Requirements

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or GED (college preferred but not required)

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Are interested in building a career in sales, marketing, or nonprofit outreach

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofits and socially responsible brands at live events, pop-up activations, and community outreach initiatives
• Conduct face-to-face marketing and sales outreach to engage new supporters and customers
• Educate the public and raise awareness for charitable causes and mission-driven campaigns
• Support donor acquisition, lead generation, and customer engagement
• Collaborate with team members to execute marketing and outreach strategies
• Track performance and engagement using CRM tools and reporting systems
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development sessions
