About The Position

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our fast-growing, purpose-driven team. As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will represent nonprofit campaigns and socially responsible brands at live events, community activations, fundraising campaigns, and outreach programs. You will play a key role in helping organizations expand their reach through in-person marketing, donor engagement, lead generation, and community education initiatives.

Requirements

  • Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at live events and community activations
  • Conduct face-to-face marketing, outreach, and donor engagement activities
  • Educate the public about active campaigns, fundraising efforts, and social impact initiatives
  • Support lead generation, donor acquisition, and community outreach goals
  • Collaborate with team members to execute marketing and engagement strategies
  • Track outreach performance using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development sessions
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude in all interactions
