About The Position

We are hiring motivated Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our growing, mission-driven team. In this role, you will support ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, community outreach, and live promotional events. As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will help increase brand awareness, engage community members, and support outreach campaigns through direct marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Be authorized to work in the United States
Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working with people in a customer-facing environment
Be motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Have an interest in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at events and outreach campaigns
Engage with customers, donors, and community members through face-to-face interactions
Educate the public about campaigns and programs
Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
Support marketing and sales strategies
Track outreach results and campaign performance
Participate in training, coaching, and professional development programs
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
