About The Position

We are hiring motivated Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our growing, mission-driven team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in sales, marketing, customer engagement, community outreach, and leadership development. In this role, you will represent ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, live promotional events, and community outreach campaigns. No prior sales or marketing experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and professional development to help you build the skills needed for long-term success. As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will help increase brand awareness, connect with community members, and support outreach initiatives through direct marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts. This position provides hands-on experience in sales and customer acquisition, event marketing and promotional campaigns, community outreach and public engagement, customer relationship building, fundraising and nonprofit initiatives, and leadership and business development.

Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working with people in a customer-facing environment
  • Be dependable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Have an interest in sales, marketing, customer service, nonprofit outreach, or business development

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, and socially responsible brands at events and outreach locations
  • Engage with customers, donors, and community members through professional face-to-face communication
  • Educate the public about campaigns, programs, and brand initiatives
  • Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase community awareness
  • Track outreach results and provide campaign performance updates
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development programs
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing partner organizations
