About The Position

Reliable is seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced Sales Manager to join the team. The Sales Manager would be responsible for managing a dynamic, performance-driven team that believes in providing 5-star service to clients while exceeding company sales goals and targets. This manager would serve as a leader, motivator, recruiter, and sales driver, in addition, they would inspire their team to provide customers with superior service, which results in higher lead conversion and client fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Possess a business degree or equivalent work experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Achieved 3-5 years of successful B2C sales leadership against formalized corporate objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract the full potential of sales professionals through development and leadership.
  • This role requires a high level of engagement, with 50% of time spent in the field, actively supporting, coaching, and driving sales performance and 50% in the office managing administrative tasks, 1:1’s and team training.
  • Ability to retain and attract top talent.
  • Strong competitive awareness with the ability to coach accordingly.
  • Introduce new initiatives to maintain further growth.
  • Create alignment between corporate goals and individual objectives.
  • Heightened sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrate a strong verbal and written communication skill set.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between branches in metro ATL and Macon.
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and hold accountable team of high performing outside Comfort Specialists and work closely with sales lead generators.
  • Set clear direction, expectations, and measurements, including execution of sales activity and metrics, reporting and business processes requirements.
  • Build upon the already impressive contributions from prior year.
  • Supervise and support staff and provide constructive feedback and corrective coaching; create measurable performance improvement action/development plans as needed.
  • Facilitate weekly sales training and ad-hoc training on effective sales strategies including product knowledge, presentation, follow-up, closing strategies and process adherence
  • Develop lead generation through various channels, including self-generated leads, technician generated leads, and various community events, home shows and partnerships.
  • Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics, product performance results and customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts; assess key competitors’ programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within all areas of the business
  • Other duties as assigned.
