Requirements

• 3-5+ years of BMW sales management experience required
• Proven track record of producing results and exceeding targets
• Strong desk, deal-structuring, and closing skills
• Strong understanding of BMW products, processes, and customer experience
• High energy, competitive, positive, and solution-oriented
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to blend with existing culture while helping to take it to the next level
• A true team player who understands that success is built on the success of the entire team
