About The Position
Southern National Roofing is hiring a Selling Sales Manager in Columbia, MD. This role involves a structured training program where you first learn and execute the sales process for 30 days, closing your own deals. Following this, you will transition into a leadership position, managing a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers. The company emphasizes promoting individuals who have proven the sales process through their own performance. All appointments are set and confirmed by an in-house call center, eliminating the need for cold calling, door knocking, or self-generating leads.
Requirements
- Proven in-home or high-ticket sales experience
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Able to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training
- Evening and Saturday availability
- Comfortable presenting in a homeowner's living room and working from a tablet
Nice To Haves
- Past leadership experience helps, but it is not required.
- Some of the best managers are top closers who never had a team. Some are experienced managers who have never run a process this tight. Both can win here. What they have in common is that they learned it before they tried to teach it.
