About The Position

Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their In-Home Services team. This role involves motivating, training, and leading a team of Comfort Advisors/In-Home Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals, drive revenue growth, and improve conversion performance for residential and light commercial HVAC sales. The Sales Manager will also act as a technical resource, training the team on building science, energy efficiency, HVAC options, and best practices. Collaboration with other departments, hiring and developing sales advisors, leading weekly sales meetings, and providing performance updates to senior management are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-home sales management experience
  • Sales experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong math skills, including basic geometry and calculations
  • Excellent work ethic, discipline, and a strong desire to lead a winning team
  • Evening & Weekend Availability is required

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC industry experience preferred
  • In-home sales or one-call-close experience preferred
  • CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Motivate, train, and lead a team of Comfort Advisors/ In-Home Sales Reps to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Drive revenue growth and conversion performance for residential and light commercial HVAC sales
  • Act as a technical resource, training the team on building science, energy efficiency, HVAC options, and best practices
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to troubleshoot challenges and ensure sales targets are met
  • Hire, develop, and guide sales advisors toward continuous improvement
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching on strategies, competitive positioning, and selling skills
  • Present accurate reports and performance updates to senior management
