About The Position

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing strategies to expand our client base, and achieving revenue targets. You will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management.

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Excellent organizational and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients to make them feel welcome.
  • Convert sales for our wide range of legal services.
  • Train new sales representatives
  • Supervise Sales representatives and virtual assistants
  • Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
  • Document sales by updating customer records.
  • Stays up to date with sale trends for better services and achievement of sales
  • Have the emotional intelligence and maturity to have difficult conversations with clients to encourage them to hire the firm for legal services.
  • Assisting the team with closing the sale and follow-up through telephone and in-person.
  • Provide ongoing customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and Meneses Law team that will include weekly/monthly follow-up with clients after they remain to check in by telephone.
  • You will document conversations and report to management with any concerns clients may have.
  • Managing team data and conversion rates to improve team performance.
  • Analyzing the data collected from the sales team and reporting to the sales manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Hold team accountable by supervising and understanding the sales process, reports to sales directors and managers.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Results oriented with a focus on driving revenue and growth.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
