Sales Manager - Atlanta, Georgia

Cerbo OptiMantraAtlanta, GA
Hybrid

About The Position

Cerbo OptiMantra is a high-growth healthcare SaaS company focused on supporting holistic lifestyles and personalized medicine. Our software is designed for functional, integrative, direct primary care (DPC), and concierge medicine practices. Following a recent merger, Cerbo OptiMantra is now a leading platform in this rapidly expanding market. We provide the technology foundation for practices that are transforming the patient experience and aiming to grow, scale, and deliver better care. This is a front-line sales leadership role for an individual who has a track record of personal sales success and has transitioned to enabling others to succeed. It is not an administrative position. The Sales Manager is responsible for a new business quota and for developing the systems that achieve it. The role involves leading a team of quota-carrying sellers focused on a high-velocity SMB sales motion, where success is driven by volume, speed of initial response, and disciplined qualification. The deals range from quick sales to wellness and integrative practices to more involved sales cycles for DPC and concierge practices. These latter sales often require displacing existing EHR systems and selling to a practitioner owner who serves as the buyer, champion, and end-user. The Sales Manager is responsible for building and coaching the sales playbook to cover this full spectrum of deals. Performance standards are set proactively at the beginning of the quarter, not explained retrospectively. This role requires active involvement in calls, pipeline management, and CRM data analysis to identify potential issues weeks before they impact the forecast. It involves conducting deliberate experiments, such as testing new segments, messages, or refining sales stages, with clear expectations for the impact of each initiative.
