We are on the hunt for a resourceful and relentless Sales Manager who thrives on exceeding targets and building high-value client relationships from scratch. You’ll spearhead new client acquisition, leveraging an omnichannel prospecting approach including phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person drops. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive full-cycle B2B sales from prospecting to close, focused on staffing solutions Execute a proven omnichannel outbound strategy: cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, network events, and physical drops Schedule and run qualified discovery meetings weekly Source and support staffing needs across multiple industries and roles, partnering with our specialized recruitment experts to deliver customized talent solutions Partner with marketing and recruiting teams to build client-specific strategies Represent the company at industry events and networking functions Maintain pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear KPIs Deliver weekly gross profit results and consistently exceed targets
