The Sales Manager will be a selling leader responsible for driving sales performance, coaching field sales teams, and leading market execution within an assigned market. This role balances direct selling responsibilities with people leadership and is accountable for both individual production and overall team performance. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in developing high-performing Sales Consultants, improving the customer experience, reinforcing accountability, and driving revenue growth while ensuring alignment with Statewide Remodeling's sales strategy and operational objectives.
