About The Position

Statewide, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking an experienced sales leader to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. As part of a network of trusted home renovation companies, Statewide aims to revolutionize home improvement. This role is for an individual who enjoys coaching, developing talent, and driving results. The Sales Manager will be a selling leader responsible for driving sales performance, coaching field sales teams, and leading market execution within an assigned market. This role balances direct selling responsibilities with people leadership and is accountable for both individual production and overall team performance. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in developing high-performing Sales Consultants, improving the customer experience, reinforcing accountability, and driving revenue growth while ensuring alignment with Statewide Remodeling's sales strategy and operational objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience leading commissioned sales teams.
  • Experience with in-home sales, outside sales, or business-to-consumer sales preferred.
  • Experience managing large sales organizations in commission-based environments.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn business applications including: Salesforce, Lead Perfection, ADP, and other business software used to support sales operations.

  • Previous experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Consultants and Assistant Sales Managers.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, in-field coaching, and post-appointment reviews to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Drive key performance metrics including demo rate, net close percentage (NCP), NSLI, revenue per demo, appointment volume, and cancellation rates.
  • Set the standard for selling excellence through personal production and leadership visibility.
  • Meet with homeowners to present remodeling solutions, provide estimates, and close sales opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop top-performing sales talent.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement coaching plans, accountability measures, and development strategies.
  • Partner with Retail Marketing, Call Center, Operations, and Production teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
  • Analyze sales reports, productivity trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for increased performance and profitability.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and overall market execution.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, urgency, professionalism, and customer-first service.
