HANSEL MAZDA IS LOOKING FOR A TOP PERFORMING, PROCESS-DRIVEN AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER!! This is a unique opportunity for the right individual. As a Sales Manager with Hansel Auto Group, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high‑achieving sales team while upholding our brand values and commitment to exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping team performance, strengthening customer relationships, maximizing volume and gross, and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. Requirements

• Sales management experience mandatory
• Strong communication skills
• Use initiative and sound independent judgment within established guidelines
• Prioritize work and coordinate several activities
• Ability to calculate figures and finances
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Pass a criminal background screening
• Pass a drug test

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
• Engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
• Demonstrate a Professional management
• Set an example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction
• Generate future leads
• Support other operational units to achieve maximum return for the dealership
• Maintain our historically consistent Volume and Gross
