Holman Automotive is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Sales Managers to join our brand-new Lexus dealership in Vancouver, WA! With Lexus of Vancouver scheduled to open in June, we’re seeking additional Sales Managers to join and help guide a successful sales team. This is a chance to help launch a flagship location and become part of the Holman family! The Sales Manager drives the performance of the sales business while creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers and employees. The Sales Manager will train, lead, and monitor the performance of the Sales Consultants to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Automotive Sales Manager experience is required
  • People oriented -- both customers and employees -- with a positive and energetic personality
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Desire to coach and train a team to exceed their goals
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

  • Direct new vehicle sales activities of the dealership
  • Offer and ensure that the store presents the highest level of customer service
  • Plan, monitor, and achieve the dealership’s new vehicle sales targets
  • Order new vehicle inventory to maximize sales objectives
  • Plan and implement new vehicle marketing activities
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage the new vehicle sales staff
  • Support sales personnel in building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Develop and implement sales personnel schedules
  • Rehash, review, and ensure sales deal accuracy
